The most pertinent question posed at any professional
is “what are you good at?”. My reply is simple:
“Bridging Technology with Business”. Hence
it shouldn’t be surprising that I am outstanding
in off-shoring while IT Start-ups are my forte. My
strength is ‘Building Organization’.
And next comes the Core-Competency. A compulsive workaholic,
my core competencies lie in stretching the limits by challenging
the self, time and again.
Over time, I would have donned several roles and worn
many hats. Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Project
Manager, Program Manager, Head Technology Delivery, Vice-President
and now CEO.
CEO of Compassites Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Though
every start up has its own story to tell, but with Compassites
it has been altogether different story. Its making history
in its own way. The Story of its genesis and growth. Among
many other significant things happening there were some
interesting also things like -
• Even before the company was incorporated
we had projects to work upon!
• Even before the business plan had been formulated
we had some colossal figures across industries, joining
hands as board members.
• And even before the bank accounts had been
opened we had investments flowing in!
These and many more things make me believe that Compassites
will stand apart as a league of its own.

Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Being the CEO of this company doesn’t mean endless
privileges and wielding the baton of unscrupulous power
and authority. To me CEO means an opportunity to bring

Employees and Owners
(investors). Keeping in my mind these three vital ingredients
of business makes me jog the extra mile in terms of value
